阿詩(shī)帕麗的富勒烯凍干粉有人用過(guò)嗎？用了有什么作用？

最近拔草的一個(gè)牌子，我用了大概兩個(gè)月了，我來(lái)說(shuō)一下吧~

首先，要說(shuō)一下，我是拿來(lái)當(dāng)日常護(hù)膚使用的，效果也是基于每天使用的前提下。

A. 提亮效果明顯

我的工作需要經(jīng)常加班熬夜，所以皮膚也是比較暗沉的，看起來(lái)很沒(méi)氣色，特別是熬夜后。用了這個(gè)富勒烯凍干粉，最大的感受就是膚色變亮了，效果還真的挺明顯的。以前素顏沒(méi)法出門，現(xiàn)在素顏也不怕啦。熬夜后的皮膚狀態(tài)也好了很多。

B. 祛黃效果不錯(cuò)

作為一個(gè)黃皮妹子，再加上經(jīng)常熬夜，臉色蠟黃是我面臨的一個(gè)大難題。剛開始用阿詩(shī)帕麗的富勒烯凍干粉時(shí)，祛黃效果不是很明顯，但用久了之后，真的感覺臉上沒(méi)那么黃了。

C. 有美白的效果

富勒烯的結(jié)構(gòu)很穩(wěn)定，可以11小時(shí)長(zhǎng)效抗氧化，吸收自由基。而且可以在一定程度上抵抗紫外線的對(duì)皮膚的傷害，白天也可以使用。

我每天用富勒烯凍干粉時(shí)，也會(huì)同時(shí)做好防曬的工作。這個(gè)夏天以來(lái)，一點(diǎn)也沒(méi)有沒(méi)曬黑，而且感覺還白了一些。

凍干粉蛋白質(zhì)試劑如何分裝？

很簡(jiǎn)單啊。

你取適量?jī)龈煞叟涑蓛?chǔ)液，儲(chǔ)液濃度一般應(yīng)該是工作濃度的50倍以上，至少10倍以上。然后由儲(chǔ)液稀釋成為工作液，將工作液分裝到幾個(gè)micro ep 管里，每次就取一管。就不會(huì)造成藥品反復(fù)凍融的損失了~！

至于你分裝的體積，就看你自己的了。我習(xí)慣于一管用十次或者五次。

Storage/Stability

It is recommended to store angiotensin II at C20 C.

Lyophilized peptides are generally extraordinarily stable

at sub-zero temperatures, often showing little or no

degradation even after years. To avoid condensation of

moisture in the bottle, allow the vial to reach room

temperature before opening. If the contents of a vial

are not used immediately, blanket with an inert gas

(nitrogen) and store desiccated in the dark at C20 C.

Stock solutions at neutral pH stored at C20 C should

remain active for at least two months. Avoid repeated

freeze-thaw cycles. The reconstituted peptide solution

may also be aliquoted, relyophilized, and stored

at C20 C. Peptides in solution are also susceptible to

proteolytic degradation. Proteases of microbial origin

may be excluded by the use of freshly distilled water

and sterile filtration. Gloves are recommended to avoid

chance contact with human proteases present on the

skin.
